How customer records are saved

When you log a Standard order with a customer’s phone number or email, the app saves them as a customer record. The next time they come in, you can look them up instantly.
If you only enter a name (no phone, no email), the name appears on the order but there’s no saved record to search later. Always add a phone or email for returning customers.

Finding a returning customer

On the order form, start typing the customer’s name, phone, or email in the search box. After two characters, the app searches your list and shows matches. Click the right one to fill in all their details automatically.

Viewing a customer’s history

From the orders table, click on a customer’s name to open their profile. You’ll see:
  • Their contact information
  • Every order they’ve had
  • Totals: orders, items, and total amount paid
