Operations: trucks & drop-off centers

Your business may have multiple physical locations or vehicles. In ReBottle, these are called operations:
  • Trucks — your pickup trucks that go to customers
  • Drop-off centers — fixed locations where customers bring their containers to you
Each truck and each center has its own inventory and its own dashboard. When you log an order, you always assign it to one operation.
If you only have one operation, it’s selected automatically throughout the app — you won’t need to choose it every time.

How it all connects

Think of ReBottle as a pipeline. Every container moves through three stages:

Order Logged

Containers arrive and inventory goes up.
2

Update Inventory

You sort and classify what you have.
3

Offload

Sorted inventory leaves, inventory goes down, and you track payment.
Nothing goes into inventory unless an order says it did. Everything starts with a logged order.
