Offloading
Offloading is when your sorted inventory physically leaves — picked up by a distributor or recycler. This is how you get paid.
Go to the Offloading screen for your operation
Select the items you're offloading
You’ll see your ready items listed by distributor.
Enter the offload date and location
Who is picking up the inventory.
Enter the handling fee rate
The amount you charge per item.
Enter scrap value (if applicable)
For non-deposit items only — enter as a lump sum.
Submit
Inventory count drops immediately. An offload record is created.
Tracking payment
When you submit an offload, mark it as:
| Status | What it means |
|---|
| Unpaid | Inventory left but no money received yet. Shows as Outstanding Offloading on your dashboard. |
| Partially Paid | Some payment received. Outstanding balance updates automatically. |
| Paid | Fully settled. |
To record a payment: find the offload record, click to update it, set the status to Partially Paid or Paid, and enter the amount received.
Scrap value
For non-deposit items, you won’t receive a deposit payout — but you may receive a scrap value from the recycler. Enter that as a lump sum on the offload record. It’s tracked separately from deposit and handling fee amounts.
