## Your Distributors

### How distributor names are saved

The first time you type a distributor name anywhere in the app — on an order or in Update Inventory — it's saved to your distributor list automatically. No setup required.

<Note>
  Distributor names are not case-sensitive. "Poland Spring" and "poland spring" are treated as the same distributor.
</Note>

### Selecting an existing distributor

On any form with a distributor field, start typing and a dropdown appears showing your saved distributors. Click one to select it.

### Adding a new distributor

Just type the name. If it's not in your list yet, it's added automatically when you submit the form. Next time, it'll be in the dropdown.
